This parameter defines the disk aspect ratio

H/r at r=1. It must be used together with [FlaringIndex->29] to define it everywhere. Defining the disk thickness in a 2D code might seem surprising. It actually means that one initializes the sound speed c_s(r), since this later is linked to H through:

\frac{c_s}{v_k}=\frac Hr

where v_k is the orbital Keplerian speed. Note that it is possible to override the sound speed profile implied by AspectRatio and [FlaringIndex->29] by providing, in the output directory (defined by [OutputDir->43]), an ASCII file named soundspeed.dat which must contain [Nrad->38] entries that sample the desired sound speed profile at the zone centers. An arbitrary sound speed profile can therefore be used.
