This parameter is specific to a set of simulations performed to evaluate the efficiency of planet trapping at a disk temperature transition. Unless you want to reproduce these very specific simulations, you should simply ignore this variable. If you use it, you also have to define `TransitionRadius` and `TransitionWidth`. `TransitionRatio` is the thickness ratio of the outer to the inner disk. Beyond the transition (r > TransitionRadius), the thickness profile is whatever is given by `AspectRatio`, while before the transition it corresponds to this profile multiplied by `TransitionRatio`. Note that the `FlaringIndex` parameter should be set to 0 when defining a temperature transition.
