TransitionRatio

This parameter is specific to a set of simulations performed to evaluate the efficiency of planet trapping at a disk temperature transition. Unless you want to reproduce these very specific simulations, you should simply ignore this variable. If you use it, you also have to define TransitionRadius and TransitionWidth. TransitionRatio is the thickness ratio of the outer to the inner disk. Beyond the transition (r > TransitionRadius), the thickness profile is whatever is given by AspectRatio, while before the transition it corresponds to this profile multiplied by TransitionRatio. Note that the FlaringIndex parameter should be set to 0 when defining a temperature transition.
