FarGnuPlot

Hanno Rein (DAMPT, Cambridge) has developped a powerful perl/gnuplot script, called FarGnuPlot, that enables one to display effortlessly the fields output by FARGO, either in a cartesian or in a polar frame. For instance, the picture on the left has been obtained by issuing in the fargo directory the command:

and then by zooming adequately using the right mouse button. The script can be found at this page. Many thanks to Hanno for this very useful script.
